How To Update Your Payment Info
Follow these simple directions to update your name, email, address, or card billing details.
- Click this link (you'll be taken out of Krysalis Academy to a new website).
- Enter your purchase email address, then click the blue button.
- Check your email for a personal access link.
- Access the hub with a single click – no need to remember your username or password.
- This button will open a window displaying your details used to register for Krysalis Academy.
- Click the update my info button.
- Update your billing information.
- Click the Save changes button.
- Our system will send the updated card details directly to your profile in our payment processor.
- For your security, we DO NOT store your card information.
